These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HomedIn website, platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).


By accessing or using the Services, including joining the HomedIn waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Services.



1. Definitions


  • “HomedIn”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to HomedIn.
  • “User”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Services.
  • “Content” means any data, text, images, property information, comments, or materials submitted, uploaded, or generated through the Services.
  • “Third-Party Content” means any content, listings, data, or services provided by third parties.



2. About the Services


HomedIn provides tools designed to assist with:


  • property discovery
  • tracking and shortlisting properties
  • collaboration and communication between buyers, buyer’s agents, and related parties


HomedIn does not:


  • provide financial, legal, investment, or property advice
  • act as a buyer’s agent, real estate agent, broker, or fiduciary
  • verify the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of property information


All information is provided for general informational purposes only.



3. Eligibility & Authority


You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.


If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.



4. Account Registration (Future Access)


To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.


You agree to:


  • provide accurate and complete information
  • keep login credentials secure
  • notify us immediately of unauthorised use


You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.



5. Early-Stage / Beta Product Disclaimer


HomedIn may be offered as:


  • a pre-release
  • beta
  • early access product


You acknowledge and agree that:


  • the Services may contain errors, bugs, or interruptions
  • features may change, be removed, or discontinued
  • data may be lost
  • access may be limited, delayed, or withdrawn


You use the Services at your own risk.



6. Waitlist Participation


By joining the HomedIn waitlist, you acknowledge that:


  • joining does not guarantee access to the Services
  • access may be granted, limited, prioritised, or withdrawn at our discretion
  • timelines, features, and availability are not guaranteed


We may contact you regarding updates, early access, or related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time.



7. Acceptable Use


You must not:


  • use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purposes
  • upload false, misleading, or defamatory Content
  • interfere with the operation or security of the Services
  • scrape, harvest, or extract data without permission
  • reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Services
  • impersonate another person or entity


We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.



8. User Content


You retain ownership of Content you submit.


By submitting Content, you grant HomedIn a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, store, display, and process that Content solely for operating and improving the Services.


You represent and warrant that:


  • you own or have rights to the Content
  • the Content does not infringe third-party rights



9. Third-Party Content & Services


The Services may display or link to Third-Party Content, including property listings and external platforms.


HomedIn:


  • does not endorse or verify Third-Party Content
  • is not responsible for accuracy, availability, or outcomes
  • is not liable for any loss arising from third-party services


Use of third-party services is at your own risk.



10. No Reliance & No Advice


You acknowledge that:


  • HomedIn does not provide personalised advice
  • property, financial, and investment decisions involve risk
  • you must conduct your own due diligence


Any reliance on information obtained through the Services is solely your responsibility.



11. Intellectual Property


All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software, branding, designs, and documentation, are owned by or licensed to HomedIn.


You may not:


  • copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Services
  • use HomedIn branding without written permission



12. Suspension & Termination


We may suspend or terminate your access:


  • for breach of these Terms
  • for security or legal reasons
  • if we discontinue the Services


Termination does not affect rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.



13. Disclaimers


To the maximum extent permitted by law:


  • the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”
  • we make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose
  • access may be interrupted or unavailable



14. Limitation of Liability


To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomedIn will not be liable for:


  • indirect or consequential loss
  • loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity
  • decisions made based on the Services


Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you to HomedIn (if any) in the preceding 12 months.



15. Indemnity


You agree to indemnify HomedIn against any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:


  • your use of the Services
  • your Content
  • your breach of these Terms
  • your violation of applicable laws



16. Changes to the Services or Terms


We may modify or discontinue the Services at any time.


We may update these Terms by posting revised Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.



17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction


These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.


You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
